Ashley is a Goose Creek native, born and raised. She graduated from Trident Technical College’s Dental Assisting Program in 2003 and has been working with Dr. Banik since 2008. She has a passion for and especially enjoys treating children. Ashley is a proud Army wife and enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, two sons, and extended family.
Originally from Abilene, Texas, Linda moved to Charleston in 2001 when her husband was stationed here with the Air Force after a stint in South Dakota. Linda has been a dental assistant since 2000 and has been working with Dr. Banik since 2010. She and her husband have a son and daughter. She enjoys camping and spends her free time with family and friends.
Deidre graduated from Trident Technical College as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in 2011. Her experience ranges from orthodontics pediatrics to cosmetic dentistry. She is a mother of three and loves outings with her family in her free time and traveling to as many places as possible.
Mary is a Hanahan native and has been in the dental field for 24 years as a dental assistant and patient coordinator. She has a passion for helping others and taking care of her patients. Mary enjoys cooking and baking. Along with her husband, three children, and 2 dogs, she enjoys spending family time together and is active in coaching volleyball for the Hanahan Recreation Department.
Laura is a native of Summerville, South Carolina and began her career as a dental assistant in 1996. She continued her education in dental hygiene at Trident Technical College and began her career as a dental hygienist in 1999. She has worked in the fields of general and periodontal dentistry for over 25 years. Laura prides herself on furthering her patient’s knowledge and building lasting relationships with patients through a combination of expertise, empathy, and a passion for promoting oral health. She strives to make a positive impact on the well-being of those she serves. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach and exercising.
Kim loves meeting patients, easing fears, and has been taking care of them for 28 years as a dental hygienist. Kim is always looking forward to welcoming each patient with open arms and a smile! Beyond dental hygiene, she is a proud parent of two beautiful children and an adorable granddog. At home, her two fur babies own all the furniture and run the household!
Sara moved to Charleston in 2020 after graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She went on to graduate from the dental hygienist program at Trident Technical College in 2020. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children.
